Rattlesnake Dick is essentially a shining tower of nowhere and nothing. Born far into the  future he was a very talented though twisted individual who eventually was mercifully sentenced to live long ago here in earth’s past where all his crimes against music would go completely unnoticed. Rattlesnake carries with him many interesting devices including one that enables him to go back in time approximately 12 seconds.  Spending most of his remaining time now dirt boating around in the wilds of the Nevada desert he is lately beginning to record the sounds of his deranged criminal mischief again.
